The John Tate Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Advising recognizes outstanding academic advising that plays a vital role in supporting student success and advancing the University’s educational mission. This honor recognizes individuals modeling exemplary advising practices that transform student trajectories and shape the advising field.
The awards are presented annually at the Tate Advising Conference during the spring semester.
